Coach Josh Randall is a 2015 graduate of Montour High School and a 2019 graduate from Chatham University where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Education. He also received his Masters Degree from Edinboro University in Reading Support.
Coach Josh has been a Varsity Assistant Coach for Fox Chapel Area High School for 5 seasons after playing 3 years at Chatham University where he earned the Male Athlete of the Year Award as an integral part of the first men’s basketball team in school history.
Coach Josh joined The Scoring Factory in 2025 and brings a wealth of experience working with the younger generation. He takes pride in being able to connect with athletes through his encouraging approach and wants to help all players reach their full potential through hard work and attention to detail.
